PRACTICE:

Elisabeth has practiced in the areas of civil litigation, family law, estate planning, Medicaid planning and probate administration and has now joined the firm's bankruptcy team.

As an attorney at Cannizzaro, Bridges, Jillisky & Streng, LLC, Elisabeth concentrates her practice to consumer bankruptcy law fights to protect the rights of those facing financial hardship in Bankruptcy Court.  Elisabeth has a broad base of experience in the court room and has litigated many family law and civil matters including, but not limited to divorces, dissolutions, custody issues, child support, civil protection orders, post decree matters, guardianships, breach of contract and negligence claims. Prior to joining Cannizzaro, Bridges, Jillisky and Streng,  LLC, Elisabeth was an intern at the Franklin County Prosecutor's office in the juvenile division.

EDUCATION:

Elisabeth obtained her juris doctorate from Capital University in 2005 and was admitted to the Ohio State bar in the same year. She received her bachelor's degree in communications from Miami University in 1999.
