PRACTICE:

Elisabeth practices primarily in the areas of civil and family law, estate planning, Medicaid planning and probate.

As an attorney at Cannizzaro, Fraser, Bridges, Jillisky & Streng, LLC, Elisabeth has litigated family law and civil matters including, but not limited to divorces, dissolutions, custody issues, child support, civil protection orders, post decree matters, guardianships, breach of contract and negligence claims.   Elisabeth typically practices in Union, Franklin, Champaign, Clark, Logan, Madison, and Delaware Counties.

EDUCATION:

Elisabeth obtained her juris doctorate from Capital University in 2005 and was admitted to the Ohio State bar in the same year. She received her bachelor's degree in communications from Miami University in 1999.

Elisabeth is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association and the Union County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers (OATL), the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and WealthCounsel, LLC.
