JOHN CANNIZZARO limits his practice to helping individuals and businesses who are in need of bankruptcy protection.  John is considered by many to be one of the preeminent bankruptcy attorneys in the central Ohio area and has become a nationally recognized speaker on the subject.  Mr. Cannizzaro is a member of the American Bankruptcy Law Forum (ABLF), National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Credit Education Coalition (past president) and the Union County Bar Association (past president).   John serves as co-chairman of the ECF Committee of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio with nationally acclaimed bankruptcy expert the Honorable Thomas F. Waldron, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio. 

DON FRASER limits his practice to helping families plan and solve problems in the areas of wills and trusts, estate planning, elder law, probate, Medicaid planning and estate administration.    Don is a founding member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a national provider of estate planning education and document drafting systems currently in use by over 500 attorneys across the country. He is a member of a number of  expert organizations including National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Medicaid Practice Systems, Academy of Special Needs Planners, The Ohio Forum of Estate Planning Attorneys, Elder Law Answers, Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Advanced Planning Legal Network.

BOB BRIDGES and NANCY JILLISKY each limit their practice to Workers' Compensation, personal injury and wrongful death.  Bob is a member of the Columbus, Ohio State and American Bar Associations, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is also included in the 25th Anniversary Edition of "The Best Lawyers in America", commonly regarded as the definitive guide to legal excellence in the United States.  In addition, he has been selected for inclusion on the 2008 "Ohio Super Lawyers" list, an honor limited to only five percent of Ohio attorneys.

Nancy is a member of the Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association, the Franklin County Trial Lawyers and Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. She is a member and past President of the Union County Bar Association.

DON JILLISKY limits his practice to bankruptcy, representation of businesses, complex civil litigation and military law.  Don is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), the Ohio State Bar Association, The American Bankruptcy Law Forum, the Credit Education Coalition, the Columbus Bar Association and the Union County Bar Association. He is also past president of the Union County Bar Association and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Legal Aid Society of Columbus.

MICHAEL STRENG practices primarily in the areas of criminal law and traffic law including OVI and Commercial Drivers License. Michael is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Union County Bar Association.  He is past secretary and current Chair of the Pro Bono Committee for the Union County Bar Association.  Michael is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the National Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Ohio Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers (OACDL).  In 2005 Michael became qualified in accordance with the National Highway Transportation and Safety Administration (NHTSA) and International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) in DWI detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. He has lectured at the Advanced OVI Seminars sponsored by the OACDL, and is a regular speaker for the Wellness Driver Intervention Program. Michael has also lectured on the legal issues of DUI at the Mount Carmel Health/Wellness Driver Intervention Program (DIP).

ELISABETH CULLITON DUESLER practices primarily in the areas of civil and family law, estate planning, Medicaid planning and probate. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association and the Union County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers (OATL), the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and WealthCounsel, LLC.
