Focusing on Estate Planning, Probate, Medicaid Planning and Elderlaw has allowed me to work with people through some of the most stressful and difficult times of their lives.  I am grateful for that opportunity and for the chance it has given me to get to know so many area residents on a personal level.

One area of the law that has always been close to my heart is the practice of Elderlaw.  Seniors have worked hard all of their lives and it is important that they are taken care of in their golden years.  They must be afforded the finest legal services should a need arise.  It is only natural that there will be concerns as we grow older, and I have attempted to address some of those concerns in this book.  I have also included an extensive list of references that I hope will be helpful to everyone, not only to seniors.
